yeah that scepter is merch imo, mixed mods not that wanted

the effigy is nice but high req, i would say 15k~, rt1/2 or sos can still use it ^^ (but wait for more opinions on that one)

I agree with the others; merch the scepter and the effigy is worth somewhere in the region of 15k.
