weird staff - need pc please

okay i was doing oola's lab with a few friends, and as i opened the chest i got a strange staff.

the skin is only obtainable from that specific chest but I know its got the worst req possible as Soul Reaping needs to be low on a necro. It has no inscription slot or inherant.

Im not sure if its rare or not but alot of people have told me it is and its worth asking the pro's on here!

Id personally merch that because of the missing inscription slot or inherrant.

P. S. Whoever told you that Soul reaping should be low on a Necro has apparently never played one. This is the built in energy management of that class, the higher it is the higher the net energy return is per kill when you are constantly spamming high energy skills.
