Assasin Necro pvp build!

I thought the idea was cool, necro's got some great energt management skills (Blood Renewl) for example.

Well for starters blood ritual can't be cast on self, and sins have several healing of their own that will work better such as Shadow Refuge. And sins gain energy every time they critical hit so energy really wont be a problem anyway.

could try blood bond instead of blood renewal, blood bond would give you more HP for hitting enemies with attacks, has a low en cost and hexes adjacent targets ( which is rarely a bad thing )
