I had a thread closed this evening and I'm not happy with the reason why it was closed. In fact, when I asked why it was closed, I was told it was not for the reason stated in the thread. I generally don't mind if one of my threads gets closed or even a ban if I deserve it. I will happily take one now if the mods don't like me not accepting his reason for closing that thread. I've been banned when I deserved it, and I'd rather be banned than told my experience has no validity.
So what's it take to keep a scam post up or any relevant thread that isn't all fluffy with pics and stuff.
Here's my criteria for posting thread about a scam that hasn't been already covered.
Is it a problem? Yes it is.
Does this affect a lot people? Yes it does.
Can we help people? Yes we can.
Should we help people? IDK seems like it on any mods whim as to what important and isn't important.
Is there something I'm missing? If it fills those reqs shouldn't it remain open until not needed?
Lmk. Cuz I went from being angry at the sammer to being angry at the mod who closed, and in a sense, censored what would have come from that thread.
Is there criteria for a scam thread/any thread to remain open?

One thread on the internet isn't going to fix peoples lack of common sense.
Anyway, best to discuss this with Lemming. If that isn't fruitful, try Neo Nugget the supermod for The Inner Circle.
