In my opinion it'll take an age to sell at any price. Unlike Tactics, low-req Strength shields are completely useless and the only insc ones I ever see selling are golds. Those fetch around 70-100k based on rarity alone (except for Darkwings of course).

I'd be happy with 10k personally, but I'd probably just merch it.
