Hi everyone,

We just made an announcement about recent support issues and I'd like to invite you to read and know more on the Guild Wars Support Forums:

This means that the emails of anyone who submitted a support request or report via email or who responded to an emailed discussion with the Guild Wars Support Team between October 14 and October 28 would not have been properly routed within the system. If you are still experiencing the problem that you wrote us about, or if you want to continue an existing discussion, please send our Support Team another email or contact us using the website interface and we will respond to you as soon as we can.

We are very sorry for this situation, and we want to assure you that we are putting as many resources as possible into making sure that those players who still need assistance will receive that help as quickly as possible.
