What's the best place to complain to guild wars staff?
For banning people based on screenshots for unfit behavior, exploitable game bugs that lead to unfit behavior etc. that need to be removed /fixed. Thanks.

I prefer to use the web support link on that page. There is also a support forum, but that would only be useful to you for the bug report, not possible violations of other players.

ncsoft support.if you have a legitimate problem they are very good.
they've helped me a few times but it will take 3 or 4 days for them to respond so patience is adviseable. cheers
