bump me up please

I'm not real pro at insc pc's cuz I spend 0% of my time in insc areas, except that I know but for the high-end chest skins, 99% of other insc skins which are q9+ can safely be merched. None of the skins I see above strike me as high-end so thus may be merched. Iirc fuchsia and onyx were once sought but I don't think so anymore. Hth
