I think the shield is merch, as even r9 command Goldleaf Defenders have a hard time selling for 5k. As others mentioned, salvage off the 10vLight inscription which you can sell for a few plat at least.

If the name is, "Skeleton Shield
of Fortitude" then it's merchfood because only inscribable shields get the suffix mod attached to the name. Not even r9 insc. Skeles sell for much at all. You
might save the -2wE inscription. When I've had them spare and found buyers, I've not had trouble getting 2k ea. for those inscriptions. The tricky part is there are not always buyers around looking for these. I don't usually bother salvaging those unless I've got plenty of room and plan to be standing around Kama anyway.

Salvage the +30 handle which should be easy to sell for 5kish. The rest is merch unless you stumble into a buyer looking for -2stance inscription (a lot rarer than spotting a -2wE insc. buyer, in my experience, but they do show up now and then.)

Motivation shields don't sell well at all, I find. I'd count myself lucky to find someone willing to buy it for even a couple plat. The +44wE handle
might be worth a couple plat if you find a +45wE handle buyer who's getting desperate. Were it mine, I'd not bother.

I'd guess 5-10kish for r9 insc. Tall Shield. The skin has its fans, for sure, but the market may well be rather flooded with insc. versions already.

Maybe 2k for the shield if you're lucky like the r11 one above. Honestly, I'd not bother using the inventory space for either holding out for the rare chance you find a buyer. Inscribable shields with req higher than 9 are hard to sell in all but a very few skins; Spiked Targe is not one of those few skins.
