After having chatted and worked a deal with H4V0C just now, I would not hesitate to bid on one of his threads again. He comes off as a reasonable, down-to-earth type and is easy to work with. The only negative was waiting a week and never hearing anything at all which left me confused about what I'd done wrong, but real life intrudes upon our game time now and then. And putting a number value on shields like this is no easy task sometimes. So I'm holding no grudges here!

PC Info (which can be such a pain to research for these things

Right after seeing my first edit to retract my bid, H4V0C contacted me in game, and we talked about the shield. With his permission, I'm leaving the following here in the hopes it helps the next person trying to PC something "weird, but cool" like this caster shield:
- From my own experience seeing such +1 caster att dual mod shields PC'd and bid on, I have the impression there really is not much market for these at all. So the seemingly low PC replies they usually get are truly due to a lack of demand for a variable and low supply type of item (at least in "nice" or "useful" versions.)
- Based on the above, the PC I'd have guessed for a shield like this was 5-20k. This one being, seemingly, in the case of "nicer" examples, I would guess it's in the higher end of that range than the lower.
- H4V0C told me he'd been thinking 20-30k range.
- So we met in the middle, and I just bought it for 20k.
- For a week or so, I was the only bidder to post an offer on this particular shield (which both H4V0C and I seem to agree is amazing, as it's the sort of thing we appreciate as players ourselves.)
