I can't tell you the exact price, and I rather doubt anyone else can either.

Those inherent shields with +1 to a caster attribute are very hard to guess PC for ahead of time. It depends on ...
- the shield's stats being max (shields with 1-off-max mods and/or non-max ar can still be popular, but they don't sell for as much as the ones with max mods and ar usually.)
- the popularity of the particular caster attribute (yours in Earth Magic is probably just fine)
- the second inherent modifier (yours with 10vSlashing is certainly not bad, but I doubt it's what most buyers of such shields would really drool over.)
- the popularity of the skin (in my experience, ornate bucklers are not usually very popular although there are certainly fans of the skin out there.)
- the requirement is the least important part of the equation usually but lower reqs in Tactics will usually fetch more (casters can't put points in Str at all, and the fewer points to invest to get max ar from a tactics shield, the more useful it might be to caster builds)

The price they go for seems to depend on all of the above along with how many active players are collecting and/or using such things. I've seen times when they got almost no interest and people called them merch food. I've seen times when two or more potential buyers will get into bid wars over them. It's hard to say beforehand what kind of interest you'll get.

My best guesses on actual prices. I could be wrong!!! Hopefully you get other opinions to work with.
As a minimum, I would guess that could get maybe 15-20k without too much trouble. If you get enough attention to start a bid war it might go 50k+?? I wouldn't think this particular one will get over 100k ... UNLESS there's some meta build right now that can benefit highly from that combination of 10vSlash and +1 earth (in which case, it would probably easily go well above 100k.)
