Guild Wars now has an official support forum. It might be more useful to post feedback and issues about the game there, since it is read by the developers.

Not sure why you're posting this here. The official support forum is precisely that - a support forum. Anyone who wants their in game ideas read by Anet (at least in an official sense) needs to post it in the space on the official wiki, just as it has always been. The reason Sardelac still exists is so that there is a more accessible place for distilling ideas and determining whether they're actually good or not before they get posted on the wiki.
In terms of account hackings, game bugs and similar things, then yes, you would be better off using that (which is why we just close the 'omg I got hacked!!' threads here).
