ok I've been seeing some of these items floating around in the for sale threads but I'm not totally sure what makes something that more valuable than something else, that's where you come in I'm hoping that you can tell me the value of this stuff and if I'm finally going to have enough money to buy what I need for my HoM.

Here are my best guesses. Like always, hopefully you'll get more opinions. I could be wrong.
Sweets:
You can check out the pc guide for consumables that some folks are (hopefully) in the process of bringing up to date here. Realize the OP is in flux right now, so you may benefit from watching more recent replies.
The golden eggs and red rock candies are worth more than the generic "spammable sweet point" price as both give benefits that many players use while playing.
6. r9 Tact inscribable Celestial Shield:
I think that's worth about 20k in the current market, but I'm not sure. If you use a perfect salvage kit to remove the +30 handle you can probably sell it for ~5k (maybe more, not sure lately) Were it mine, I would sell the shield and handle separate, as in my experience most buyers are not likely to pay as much for the shield+mod as I would get from selling the shield and mod to separate buyers.
7. r9 Tact nonins, nonmax Celestial Shield:
I would merch that. It's not max armor for r9, and the mods are fixed on shields without an inscription slot (inherent shields.) Therefore, the demand for inherent shields is only for those which have desirable mods (and almost in every case, two inherent mods instead of just one like yours there.)
8. r13 Tact Celestial Shield with inherent +43stance and 10 vs. Ogres
Were that mine to sell, I would see if anyone was interested before I merched it. Granted, I'm wicked fond of shields with 10 vs. <species>, pretty fond of funky inherent gear, and oft considered quite insane. Some people might not think it worth the trouble to even try selling it and simply merch it. I doubt anyone is likely to want it (if at all) for more than maybe 1-10k. (It's hard to say in advance what kind of offer you might get.)
10. r9 DF Celestial Staff, reduce crippled
The big demand for celestial staffs is for those with an inherent mod useful to casters (like hct 10% or hct 19-20% of a specific attribute, usually matching the requirement attribute.) There is not much demand for staffs with cripple reduction at all, although they are sometimes useful to runners.
Were that mine, I would see if someone might offer a few plat for it, but I would not be at all surprised if no one was interested and I wound up merching it.
(The demonslaying staff wrapping isn't likely to be worth more than a couple plat if you can sell it at all ... in case you've seen the prices of demonslaying sword pommels and wondered.)
11 & 12. Like the inherent shields, inherent wands are really only valuable with two desirable mods. Neither of these Celestial Scepters have that, so I would say you're not likely to get more than a couple plat. Getting even that would probably be hard. I would merch them.
13 & 15. blue 15/8 Adamantine Shield & blue 14/7 Wooden Buckler
The big demand for the r8 and r7 inscribable shields is for those with 16/8 or 15/7, but 15/8's do sell sometimes (although it's hard.) I doubt the 15/8 is worth more than 10-15k, and I doubt it will be at all easy for you to find a buyer at all. The 14/7 is a much more common skin and is probably worth more like 5-8k and even harder to sell.
13. blue 16/8 Kournan Defender
Since it's strength, there's no market for it with the "PvP/caster shield" folks. However, it's max armor and r8, and those are not a commonplace skin. I don't know how popular they are these days. Last I saw (~yr or more ago) they didn't seem popular at all. If there's no recent surge of interest driving demand up, then I suspect that shield is 20-30k and may be tough to sell. (But I wouldn't give up and merch it if I were you.)
16. r12 Elemental Sword
I would merch that. Last I saw it was hard to find people who wanted r9 Elemental Swords for even 5k. I can't see you selling this one.
17. r10 Platinum Blade, inherent 15stance
I think that's at most a couple plat and hard to sell. They're available inscribable now, and 15stance is not usually very popular as an inherent sword mod.
18. r9 inscribable Brute Sword
I've never had much luck selling these myself, but the skin has it's fans out there. I wouldn't think that's worth more than 5k, if that much.
