Random disconnects - please help!

I started getting random lag and disconnects about a week before the Halloween event and I still get them now. It isn't my internet because when I disconnect from gw, my internet still works fine and this is a brand new computer as well. Is this happening to anyone else?

I'll frequently lag with no internet connection issues during quests and missions and sometimes get disconnected. I'll also disconnect if I tab out of gw while standing in an outpost and i'll still have internet connection.

Events like Halloween always put some more stress on the servers then normally, but your right, things should have calmed down right now. This is most likely a routing problem. It would be very welcome if you would post your country and ISP-name so people from your country with the same ISP can answer here if they have the same problem.

USA, and I'm using a university network located in Washington D.C. so I don't know what service the school uses. If I had to guess, I'd have to say possibly comcast, but I really have no idea.
