I have to agree with it likely being merchfood.

There are a few collectors around now and then with non-max gold item collections who might give you a couple plat for it ... if you can find them. It may not be worth your trouble. As a collectible, I highly doubt it's the sort of thing which would inspire surprise bid wars.

If you're interested in non-max gear, you can check out the research project on max damage for low req gear that we've got in this Trader's Outpost thread. To date, 14-24 damage is the record for r6 bows, so yours there is pretty far off known max.

EDIT - You might be able to get a few plat for each of the mods on it. Although I haven't noticed it being easy to find folks buying bow mods lately.

Id say merch as well. But if I remember corectly, Firefighter Fred was looking for non-max inherrent weapons with max damage modifiers. Maybe you can look up his thread in the buy forum and see if he is still collecting these sort of items.
