20/20 plat wands are really rare.
I'd say 200-300e, but I'm not sure

a 20/20 matching curses plat wand? Even a req 13 is highly impressive and would garner at least 400-500e.

well prepare all you like because one isnt just going to pop out of no where... a wand like that is very rare and preparation would be 500e or more.
