Strength and honor 10^50
Knight Clay
I'm not sure, but I think I remember seeing that a 10^50 mod is rare and valuable. Is this true, or am I thinking of something else?
Laylat
If by 'mod' you mean inscription, then not to my knowledge. 10^50 inscription is 10% more damage while your HP is above 50%.
The max value is 15^50.
It may be rare, but not sure about valuable, as I don't seen why anyone would pass a 15^50, which is super cheap, for a 10^15. Unless 10 is a nicer, rounder number than 15 :P

They are worthless.

Why on earth would it be rare?
It falls within the normal range for this inscription:
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/List_of_weapon_upgrades
"Strength and Honor" Damage +10...15% (while Health is above 50%)
Oh and you will plenty of them if you ID enough blue weps

Gruff
I think you are remembering a sundering x/10% mod rather than the newer x/20%

There are a few pre-nerf/update mods that are worth a little extra to collectors (10% Sundering, 25% Charr, etc...), but the one you've mentioned is simply the lowest range for Strength and Honour.
I doubt anyone will pay you more than the NPC merchant.

Well, it's rarity would explain the guild Fifteen Over Fifty [Rare], wouldn't it.
