PC Dual Mod Bladed Shield

I picked up the following shield yesterday and am not sure on value:

Req 11 Strength

Dmg -2 while Ench
HP+42 while Ench

3 off on hp kinda kills it and the req doesnt help.
i'd say 30-40e

I dont think this shield will get 40e. More like 15-25e. high str req with ench mods and the health mod is 3 off.

I agree with Swingline's rationale except I would value it even lower, 5-15e perhaps, and a difficult sale at that.

wow Ja 5-15 is a big range I think mid 10e is about right for this.
