Some shaky guesses (I rather suck at inherent shield PC - give more weight to others' opinions than my own.) ...
1) Outcast Shield, r9 Tact, -2wE, +41wE
I would think the 4-off hp mod will hurt demand, but this is one of the few skins that still cannot be found with inscription slots. Maybe low side of 100-200k range?
2) Embossed Aegis, r9 Str, -2wE, 10vPlants
The 10vX / -2wE combos are very popular with the meta farming/SC groups I think. 10vPlants will be popular with fiber farmers and Urgoz teams. I'm under the impression Embossed Aegis is not one of the super-popular skins, but it's never struck me as super-unfavored either. The r9 Str doesn't help it's functionality for anything other than a primary Warrior, and I'm not sure the -2wE drive is coming from primary Warriors at all.
Given all of the above, I'll guess 100-150k range.
3) Reinforced Buckler, r8 Tact, +38wE, -2wE
I'd make the same guess you seemed to: that's a prenerf shield due to +38wE appearing on a gold drop.
So it's a collector piece. Right now, there seem to be a lot of "prenerf/prebuff" collectors around, so I suspect you'll find someone who wants it. I haven't the foggiest notion what price you might reasonably expect, though.
4) Gloom Shield, r9 Str, 10vLight, -2wE
Like the Embossed above, I suspect that 10vX / -2wE combo is what's going to drive the price up. I'd think this is at least 20e, but that might be woefully undervaluing it.
5) Gothic Defender, r10 Str, 10vEarth, -5/19
I'm not sure there's much demand at all right now for -5/20 (and your 1-off version above) combined with 10vX from the market using these for farming/sc functionality. :/ I would not expect that one is more than 20-30kish, and I suspect it would be the hardest of the bunch to find an interested buyer.
