Help! Cant turn while running?

press f11 go to control tab, reset defaults.

Sorry if this sounds patronising. Were you using auto run (R key) or running towards a target? Even click on the ground somewhere for the character to run to is a target for them.
Holding down right click while the character is running towards a target only moves the camera.

As above ^^ - if you are running toward a target, right-click only moves the camera. If you weren't running toward a target, I would suggest you restart GW. (You should be able to steer with the right mouse button while auto-running (R)).

Also, be careful your pointer isn't over any of the UI elements. Can't tell ya how many times I've tried to turn and my mouse was over the U map or compass.
