Could regular users be allowed to send PM to multiple users, too?

I'm leaving this here knowing you guys can keep it invisible, but I wanted to propose something.

Years ago, when I donated money to Guru for servers I got some kind of buff to my user account that let me send PMs to multiple users at once. As a mod, I think that number went up, but it's back to a limit of five now. That's really handy sometimes!

When helping friends hook up with buyers/sellers from other timezones, when sending friends "head's up!" PMs to Ventari's threads with things I think they may all be interested in, I've found myself really thankful that I could get multiple folks copied on the same PM without having to send them separately. Some friends have noticed that awesome omghax! power from my PMs and commented on how useful it could be in some situations.

I realize there would be an increased risk of troublemakers abusing the flexibility to harass multiple folks by PM at once, but I doubt that would really be a huge problem. I was wondering if the risk might be worth the reward of added functionality to all users here if you let everyone copy up to five people on one PM.

It's just a thought, but I'd feel bad not even mentioning it.
