Almost all of the DoA greens are vastly oversupplied thanks to the popularity of DoA SC. Unless this is one of those few
(like the Menzes' wands) that drops from foes most SC teams skip over, I will say it's 1-5k.
Wiki says this one drops from the Stygian Lords, and I don't think SC teams can skip killing those. So I'm guessing yours is not an exception to the rule.

Certainly no more than the going rate for an Amulet of the Mists, which last I checked was maybe 6kish. The individual green item rewards from those endgame trophies almost never exceed the cost of the trophy. This one has a unique skin and decent stats for a sword, so I would think you could get at least 3-4k for it if you find a buyer looking for such a sword.

If that 19v50 mod is inherent, then it's merch food. If the 19v50 is from an inscription, then it's probably not merchfood (because the new owner can change it to something more useful.) I'm not at all sure of current PC on inscribable GPBs, but I would guess 10-20k range. In either case, I
do not recommend you spend any money adding "better" mods to it in hopes of raising the sale price.
