Hey there, the following are my best guesses. Its very possible that I'm wrong on some of these.
1. r8 AND 15^50 is a nice combo. The skin isnt the most desired but its a decent one. I would guess you're looking at 20-30e for this
2. Jade wands arent exactly top tier, and being r10 hurts again. The big killer though is the 9% mod. Coupled with the 5^50 mod, I think its safe to merch
3. the req is somewhat high at 11, and the skin isnt a super desirable one, however two perfect mods makes this worth keeping. I wouldnt be surprised to see this one go in the 100k-20e range.
4. Same as #2, I would merch this
5. While 20/10 isnt a bad combo, the skin kills this. I would personally either merch this or put it on a hero, but you might be able to get 5-10k for it. I do think it wont be an easy sell though
6. r9 and +5e is nice, although caster weapons are generally preferred to be swords. Still it is 1 handed, and is a skin that I personally dont see super often. Would hazard a 20-30k range guess for this; and while it could go lower, I dont see it going higher
7. I've seen a few of these for sale recently, albeit in other attributes. Based on that I think this could fetch anywhere from 20-50k depending on your buyer
8. Similar story to #7 although I think this one will be much easier to get the higher end of the price range because shields are generally easier to sell than focii I've found
9. Normally I would say merch because it doesnt have an inherent on it. HOWEVER, the r8 means that someone would definitely buy it, although for probably only a few plat. I think your best bet is to head over to the "Buy" forum and look for fallenangel's thread. He is buying weapons that DONT have an inherent, and this could be just what he is looking for.
10. again 20/10 isnt necessarily bad, but its in a less desired attribute AND its r10 instead of r9. The skin saves it a bit and I think you could get around 10k for this, although it may be a hard sale

For everything except the ones I'm mentioning I either agree with jimbo and Fred or haven't a clue.

- I think the trickiness in PCing this comes from it being so hard to judge ahead of time what kind of "oldschool nostalgia" bidders will have here. The skin, while common, does not seem to be nearly what I'd call unpopular with the majority. The exceptionally nice dual max mods are what will sell this shield I think, and you'll just have to see if you're lucky (or determined) enough to get the attention of buyers who appreciate such things. Maybe try a reserve of 40kish and see what happens?

- I'd try a reserve of at least 30kish to start! It seems to me there are quite a few fans of those little axes lurking around here. I was recently pleasantly surprised to find someone interested in buying r12 15stance and r11 15wE Canthan Crudes. I had them saved, along with a bunch of other stuff, in a pile of "things I feel bad merching without even trying first." Someone offered the 1k s/b on each and happily picked them up after a couple days with no other offers. If those weren't merchfood after all, I would think your very nice example there might get a lot of interest. There do seem to be more and more coming onto the market thanks to Cho farming, but that doesn't mean r9 +5 versions are exactly oversupplied. If listing it for sale on a fansite, be sure to note the skin variant somehow (little picture of the icon, note about it being "Canthan" skin, etc.)
