Fast support ticket replies

What is the fastest reply you have ever received from guild wars support??

I was shocked when less than 10 minutes after I sent in my ticket I got a reply... This is a million times better than some games where you have to wait 4-5 days!!

wow you got lucky. the normal waiting time for most is 1-3 days xD for me it was a day per emails...

I've never had to open a ticked. I've used the forum a couple of times, though. The response from Gayle took less than 3 days.

I get the bot replies immeditately after I submit a ticket. I did get a human reply after about an hour once.

I guess they're not as busy nowadays given that the game is in its senior years.

I find them very good I recon its all in how you express yourself, using real words helps not text message style.

If its a complicated explanation I put a short simple outline then a full explanation in the body of text.
Then add any additional info at the end, this games support is grade 1 compared to some.

the few times I have used support they responded the same day and were very polite and helpful.
I have nothing but positive words for them.

They usually get back to me within 3 - 24hrs. Depends on the subject of the ticket. I don't know what all the fuss about Guild Wars support is about.

That's partly why I made this thread all I ever seem to hear is people complaining so I wanted to have a thread for people to show how helpful and fast their support is <3

I will get a reply within a day. If I am reporting a chronic leecher, sometimes they get a suspension the same day.

a few years ago when EOTN came out i had an issue with my credit card and i was able to sort out account restoration in a few hours from them with several replies

But now, thinking about it, how many people do we know have been hacked since October 1st? (Me for one), and how many of those people will be wanting their accounts restored?
