which sections of gw have the most re-playable value?
lursey
the first that comes to my mind
I will say for pvp, FA has the most re-playable value, because I can play with the skills I make, do not necessary have to follow a meta and have "some" quick actions with other players.
and for PVE, frostmaw's burrows, and shards of orr, are my choices, because there is a chance to get pretty and nice rewards, also with adequate challenge of the dungeons.

TA.
in pve, that goes for almost any dungeon that you do with your pvp buds.

Personally speaking I like repeat VQing areas with what I consider nice scenery - Echovald areas come to mind. Never really been into dungeons much, though I enjoy a leisurely wander about Bogroots with a balanced team from time to time. I don't need tons of cash or hanker after filling my HoM/getting GWAMM.
My pleasure comes from stress free gameplay and trying out tweaks to my hero setups. This is what keeps me interested in GW after 6+ years.

For me replayability comes from:
- Things you can keep unlocking with different characters, until you get them all, like pets, skills, the HoM...
- There's also the storyline. When you can play several times and do things differently. In GW that's limited to choosing Kurzicks or Luxons first, the Brother Tosai quest, the two Nightfall decision points and the 6 different paths you can take in Eye of the North. GW has no alternate endings or anything like that. In Prophecies you can skip Magumma, but that's not taking another plot path, it's just cowardly skipping.
- And there's variation and randomness. GW has no random areas, in PvE there isn't much of that, since the places with more 'variation' would be the Sorrow's Furnace update areas, and that's just because there's lots of bosses that have greens and spawn in random places. Randomly generated areas add TONS of replay value. I would have added to GW 5 randomly generated series of areas that are 'composed' with series of base areas and things you can hide and show to change terrain, like trees, rocks, doors, walls, and you advance through those areas in different ways (kill all monsters, reach a portal, find a key, defeat a boss, use different objects in different places, carry a bundle from a certain point to another, etc):
* The Maguuma Walking forest.
* Kaineng's labyrinthine foundations.
* Vabbi's Everchanging treasure halls.
* Eye of the North's Endless Dungeon.
* Lyssas's maze in the Mists.
They would go on an one taking in random monsters and bosses from the 'region' (i.e., any creature from Factions in the Factions one, any creature seen in the Mists in Lyssa's, any creature from the entire game in Eye of the North) until you get a party wipe or resign.
- In PvP you have modes with random areas, the meta makes PvP quite repetitive too, even with the Flux. In most modes, regarless of the area, you win doing basically the same. I would gladly welcome more objectives and different ways to achieve victory, like real capture the flag scenarios, attack and defend scenarios that take two matches instead one, etc...
- The GvG isles, HA rotation, AB and the Flux help in adding replayability too, but it's not enough for most people.

perhaps I rephrase a little, which sections of gw keep you interest to replay it?
repetitive can be boring...but if you keep replaying something, there must be some good values to make you replaying it.

unlike most people, I find factions to be one of the areas I play the most--and not just kurzick/luxon point farming. ALL of my characters have completed it as well as getting protector, most have carto for cantha as well. I find it fast and easy. (most boring--that would be a tie between the crystal desert in prophecies and korma in nightfall...though many of my characters have not even finished prophecies after getting to dorknars--so).
eye is ok, I dont mind doing the dungeons every once in a while ---I have months where I just do them (its dungeon month..other months have included carto month, kurzick month, treasures month...).
The 'value' I get from playing is fun, if any area isnt fun, then I really dont want to play it--if I find it somewhat challenging--then I will probably replay it.

PvP for a pretty obvious reason - it's never quite the same. This only applies to HA/GvG, though. I've never liked the RA/TA/HB formats. Unfortunately, PvP has suffered over the past several years so I haven't really bothered sticking with it. With regards to PvE, I would hate to re-vanquish any areas and creating a new character is never that interesting to me. However, I do enjoy replaying the high-end areas, especially FoW and Urgoz. I like a couple dungeons, but it's hard to get full groups for those nowadays.
Gladiator Steven
Fiddling with hero builds and participating in guild/alliance wide events is why I still continue playing and enjoying guild wars.
Wyndy
I was a pve only player for 6 years and now that I have done everything, I like to FA because it is never the same match but not hardcore pvp. It is still fun and relaxing to me.
Relyk
JQ is always the place I go to relax, because I don't need to pay attention to the antics of teammates.
In PvE, running through elite areas or EotN areas with heroway are satisfying because it still provides a hint of challenge. I generally run through them testing a slightly different setup, and seeing if I can clear them faster. It's nostalgic to play through areas that were previously a challenge with 3 heroes.

I don't pvp and while some would consider me doing the same pve content for almost 6+ years in this game insane I still have fun doing them. Vizunah Square is still a blast for me to run, and my alliance has people still doing stuff for gwamm or hom so I never run out of people to help or stuff to do.
Dark-NighT
For me its creating 7 hero team builds to do everything with, i have designed one that works pretty well except uw or the foundry in doa, i probably could make it work with slight changes and a conset, but i refuse to use cons for hero setups simply because it takes all the fun away by making it silly easy.
Not running any pvx build and creating your own combinations is just so rewarding when it works, i was so excited i done 3 parts of doa without cons and a little patience

Fluffy Kittens
HA and GvG which are pretty much the only real pvp. Even in these days where those places are almost dead I still manage to have fun playing them every now and then. Never liked FA JQ RA TA because it's way too simple and doesn't require much organization and skill as HA and GvG. I play for fun, and challenge is fun, those low-end pvp areas do not provide any challenge for me and that's why HA and GvG are pretty much the only things I do in GW these days.
firadesunna
Used to be AB... Too bad it's kinda dead :/ so probably just choosing a random dungeon with my girlfriend and running it with her

Coast
codex arena, every day a new deck! (too bad hardly anyone plays it)
Amy Awien
Missions like Assault on the Stronghold and Against the Charr in Eye of the North. Doing the Ruins of Ascalon missions for a couple of books was fun and didn't get old, Riverside Provence has always been a favourite, as has the Fissure of Woe.
lursey
what is this fun factor to make you replay a section of gw 10 times or above, and where can find it?
can someone elaborate a bit of fun factor where you can find that in a particular location?

Fort Aspenwood PvP hands down is the best thing right now. I play it purely for fun like games should be played. Jade Quarry would be nice too, but there is so many bots.
If only Anet would understand how fcking amazing FA is despite all bugs it has. FA a bit like RPG UT2004 with single map. I remember when UT2004 free demo came with one onslaught map, I played it like madman. Same thing with FA.
If Anet wants random people to play PvP more, make PvP maps with special goals like FA or JQ has for GW2.

Vizunah Square never gets old

Saint Scarlet
For me it's any form of PvP. And in PvE it's the Nahpui Quarter mission which i just love for some reason, i've got my HM completion time down to 12mins without using any cons or gimmick builds. I regularly run it for my alliance when needed as with just me and 4heros it can be done in a shade over 16mins.
Gladiator Steven
Messing with hero builds never seems to get old.

Pre Searing
Lots of fun - Definatly my favourite start in All campaigns.

The whole game. I never EVER got so much gameplay for so little money.

Nowadays,
1.) Think of a witty character name.
2.) Roll a hammer warrior.
3.) Zone to RA.
Doesn't require organization and seriousness of some sort. No one gets butt hurt when your team loses. Just rinse and repeat.
Your tolerance level to losses should build up as you replay the arena.
In PvE, the Bonus Mission Packs.

Iron Monkey
Call me crazy, but Battle For Lion's Arch. If I see a game request, I am always compelled to join. It's fun as a monk, gives me a chance to use one of my crazy build (Zealous Benediction, woot?!?), endlessly tweaked to perfection.
I wish it was replayable, and you'd get some kind of chest at the end

I don't know why, but I have always found the Factions JQ, FA, and (when it used to be worthwhile) AB addicting. I miss AB
I've maxed my Kurz title on my main account soley through AB/JQ/FA and am starting on my secondary account. Crazy... ? Yes.
And sometimes I get the itch to simply run around Pre-Searing with my perma pre character. It's just so beautiful there.

I'd say Factions, both for missions and for vanquishes. I like fast things when I'm repeating, and almost everything in the other campaigns takes too long, not to talk about dungeons. Also for some reason i really like Factions foes.
ruk1a
To this day I still play GvG but at the same time it pisses me off because ANet don't give 2 shits about balancing anymore. I enjoy all pve scenery so it's all replayable for me. I love guild wars art more than any other game I've ever played.
In the end it's what you enjoy most gives the most replayable value.
Other pvp formats I would probably play as well if not for bugs, balance, etc.
Since people are saying what is most boring I would say soloing prophecies campaign lol...
