I sold an r13 Air 20/10 Bo Staff pretty easily for 15k in game a week or so ago.
I would think r12 Blood 20/10 Bo Staff should be somewhere in the 10-20k range maybe?
Were that mine, I'd strip off the 20% enchant wrap with a perf. salvage kit and sell it separately for ... 5-10k (I can't remember what I normally ask for these, but you find a lot of buyers spamming for them usually.)
