First, I'm going to say that the particular skin of your "Idol" might very well make a huge difference in who is interested. If it's the more uncommon knife skin it *might* be more attractive to collectors
(I'm not too sure of the overall average opinion of such things from all the collectors.)
Second, I'm going to say that the mods on yours are more what I'd call "decent" than "nice." +45wE and 10 HCT all spells isn't a bad combination,
but the combination can be duplicated with inscribable gear if all the end-user is looking for is the functionality. I'm not sure how likely anyone running a Blood Magic bar is to find such a combination all that useful anyway, though.
EDIT - Sorry for the confusion. I had originally typed this up as the combo could not be duplicated by inscription system gear. For some reason, I decided that was wrong and edited my post a few minutes after submitting. I just read Yawg's reply below; he's right. That focus in your picture has the equivalent of two focus cores - devotion and swiftness. Such cannot be duplicated with inscribable foci, as they allow only one attached core. (The second mod comes from an inscription.) So sorry.
So I think it's safe to say the market for this thing is well within the group of players who like to collect inherent foci with dual max mods.
I would guess that you might be able to get 15-20k for the hand/claw skin variant
if you find an interested buyer. Finding the interested buyer could be tricky, though. There's a chance (albeit a small one I think) that two interested buyers could bid it up, and then there's just no way to guess ahead of time what kind of final price you'd see.
If you're looking to sell fast, sell cheap ... merch it or maybe try 5k?
I hope this helps, and I wish you luck.
And ...

I do hope you were just making a bad joke with how you chose to reply your own sincere, honest, and informed PC answer to mikk's question, of "I think it's merchfood."
Otherwise, PLEASE find some other section to farm your post count on Guru. Uninformed or completely bogus replies to PC threads aren't simply the sort of thing that will give some of us a really unpleasant impression of you .... they're downright rude and dangerous to folks who look around here (now or in the future) trying to find answers to legitimate questions. Really, seriously, truly - not cool dude!
