PC q7 16 armor Celestial Shield

I would like to know the price of a req 7 tactics 16 armor Celestial Shield with reduces blind by 20% no inscription.

Ok, so it's max r7 Tactics Celestial Shield with inherent, single mod blind reduction.

It's certainly not merch food! But it's really hard for any of us to guess PC for you ahead of time. These things, as you probably know, don't drop anymore. (max 16 ar shields drop in a lowest req. of 8 these days, based on what we've observed since NF's release in Oct. 2006.)

So anything that doesn't drop anymore has the potential to be valuable to collectors of weirdness. It's nearly impossible to predict ahead of time what cash value such collectors that get to bidding on your shield will assign. I'd hesitate to even try to gauge it from looking at recent sales, since when and where the frenzied bid wars will strike on these is anyone's guess.

With a single mod of -blind, I don't see it as having much functional use, so I don't suspect it will attract the attention of buyers looking to use it in some practical way.

Were that mine, I would set a reserve / starting bid of maybe 20-30k and simply take offers for a while. See who wants it the most, then sell it to that guy. I would let it run for at least a week or two before giving up! The few folks making up the market for such things aren't always checking Guru 24/7.

It would also probably be a good idea to get a trade spam log of it into argos. So take the time to spam in Kama AD1 (no other district, no other town works, and the thing isn't logging 24/7) a few times over the course of a couple days something like ..
