Imho 10-15e seems fair
Skin is crappy and vs earth isn't really wanted mod such as vs blunts or fire

yeah tall shield skin is still very wanted imo
but like Averaine said vs earth is not that wanted unless you go Vaettir farming with it
and yeah i think 30e(max) is a good price for a shield like this
