Well, 15/8s are the red headed stepchildren in the low-req shield market; they're never easy to sell. That skin (effigy version, since it's Tactics req.) seems both pretty rare and well-liked, though.

Since the more common skinned blue 15/8s seem to go for the merch-10k range these days, I'll take a rough guess of 40-50kish for yours there. Most of the folks who pay top-dollar for the rarer skins are probably not interested in non-max r8s, so I'm guessing you'll have a hard time finding interested buyers for this one at any price. Sorry.
