A couple weeks ago, a buddy gave me a preview showing of items he had that needed to be sold. I bought a few things from him including an r9 "Air Wand" with 19 HSR / 20 HCT Water Magic inherent stats. I offered him 5k for it when I saw it. He was thinking more like 10k. I offered to let him list me as c/o and see if anyone else wanted it more. In the end, he gave it to me for my 5k offer along with three other things I was buying.
I'd say yours there is cool, but I doubt it's likely to be particularly valuable or fetch high bids, sorry. There are plenty of folks around (like me!) who appreciate and will buy weirdness, so I wouldn't call this merchfood. I simply doubt it's the sort of thing that will get very high offers. "Mixed mod" and "1-off" stuff doesn't seem to impress the majority of the buyers active these days.

Sadly, I think the skin kills it. I had a terrible time a year or so ago selling a matched 20/20 Death Amber or Jade Staff. No one was interested for any price, and I wound up trading it to someone for something else eventually. Between the mixed nature of the mods (since you can get req. Channeling on staffs, unlike Resto, Healing and Protection,) and the skin being so unpopular, I'd say you're doing well if you can sell this for 5-10k.

Unlike the Air Wand above, I think this one probably is merchfood. 5^50 hasn't been that popular on wands for a while now, I don't think. I can't see anyone interested in this with the mixed atts. If you're listing a bunch of stuff for offers anyway, you might add this for 1k s/b just in case.

Personally, I'm a fan of "nice mix" mixed 20/20 staffs for the potential they give for hero weapons (who can't weapon swap.) While I've run into one or two other fans of them over the years, we do seem to be few and far between. So the generic PC reply, "mixed mods - merch it," does seem a valid response. Were it mine to sell, I'd try for 5-10k.

Not at all sure how to PC this, but probably easily over 50k. It might be a lot higher, I just don't know. Since there are no Prot-req. wands in Prophecies or Factions, a 20/20 Prot Holy Rod (or other DF-req. wand skin) would be as close as you could get.

Air isn't super popular when it comes to staffs, I don't think. And like Amber Staffs, Jade Staffs seem to have very few fans around. I'd say call yourself lucky if you get 20-25k for this one ... even with the r9 matched 20/20.

I'm even less certain how to PC "nice" dual mod inherent foci than I am for wands. I'd guess 15-20k minimum reserve even for a quick sale, but I don't know how much "serious" collectors might pay for that particular mix.

Tricky. The mods are actually rather meh. If it sells, what will sell it is the sexiness of an inherent dual mod plat wand. I'd guess 15k is about where it tops off.

That looks awfully nice, but some buyers might be turned off by the "core skin," so that could take some of the heat out of a bid war. Very shaky guess of 30-50k min. reserve.

Well, I know a couple active collectors who might like that and get to fighting over it. I'm can't even guess at b/o target, but a shaky guess on reserve would be 40kish area.
No, the 13% enchanting mod isn't rare exactly. Mods with max 20% drop as low as 10% still today. The only rarity is seeing them offered for sale since most everyone just merches such things.
You didn't list a req., but I know a friend of mine recently had an r9 15^50 to sell. I just checked with him to refresh my memory, and his PC research led him to the conclusion that they were 15-20k. He's the sell fast/sell cheap type, so he listed it for 15k b/o to start. Someone did buy it right away.

There's no meta farm or SC that fights Ogres, so this is strictly a collector piece I think. The -3wH will hurt interest and demand, but the skin should help at least a little. I'd say 15kish tops on this and may be hard to sell at all.

Much nicer stat-wise than the -3wH one, but you're still facing the issue of little practical use for Ogre defense shields. I'd guess bids top out around 40-50k area, but again, any Ogres shield might be hard to sell.

vUndead shields seem fairly popular for FoWSC folks these days. The mods aren't bad, but I think the ideal folks look for is -2wE. It might take you a while to get an FoWSC'er to consider this shield at all. When/if you do, I'd say 40kish is about all you can reasonably expect.

There was a thread a month or so ago with an r9 Str Ornate Shield with 10vDemons and +28hp listed. The reserve was stated as 70e, but no one had bid on it. I PMed the seller offering 50e but never heard back at all.
The higher req. won't help but the real deal changer here is the 9vDemons vs. 10vDemons on yours. I'd guess this tops out around 30eish maybe.
(Rather hard to say ahead of time, as it depends largely on the attention you get and the current meta ideals on stats.)

The stance mod kills this even more than above. That's very unpopular right now due to the lack of folks using stances in the meta demon-fighting situations. I'd think you're doing well if you can get 20-30k for this one.

Well, like all my PCs, those are complete guesses. But I try to give them with context, only guess ones I have at least some relevant experience/observations for, and I freely admit I could be wrong!
