Full Guild Hall for Sale!

I guess my original asking price was too high so I will convert this to auction style. I am taking bids on a full guild hall. See below for details.

Only make bids in gold. I prefer not to deal in ectos. As a substitute for gold I will accept lockpicks (their value doesn't fluctuate like ectos) at a value of 1200 each. Also if you need a large number of lockpicks to complete the transaction I can sell you as many as you need at 1200 each.
