As you know these things are pc'ed with such varying (guesses) numbers. But in terms of demand it's a nice skin, high q (which doesn't really matter in this case imo), nice att, and actually wanted second mod so I would venture to say 10e or so. But we'll see what everybody else chimes in with. Who knows, some Leroy flare-spammin warr might come out of the woodwork for it
My Player Person
I had a small collection of these kind of items for a while and i would say at a push you may be able to hit 15-18e depending on the buyer really.
However like above im no expert in this.

The skin is plenty popular, and like gw_poster mentioned, the req. level isn't really what sells these anyway. I'd not think it would hurt the interest or price much at all. (If it was r9 with that skin, it would still be Strength anyway. The only extra interest a lower req. might bring would be from someone running a Conjure Flame martial bar on a Warrior primary. I doubt that's so popular that it would attract significantly more buyers than those who won't meet the req. anyway.)
The "imperfect" mods will turn off some collectors, but anyone looking to actually use such a shield for a Fire Ele probably won't mind the 1-off hp mod.
In the current market, I'd agree with the folks above - between 50-100k should be reasonable/possible. There's a fair chance of a bid war pushing this one higher, too. I'm not sure I'd want to wager cash guaranteeing the bid war, much less where it stops.
I rather doubt such shields are anywhere near so frequently offered or purchased that anyone can say with much certainty what the final price will be ahead of time. I'm not an expert either, but I'm not sure there are many players who could claim to be for these shields.
Cheers & GL!
After reading gw_poster's comment, I'm really tempted to go out and do a little Hamstorming.
