Aswell as a price is there any mods i can change to increase the price??

Depends what skin, but imho it's merchfood anyway. Mods won't change thing.

Agree with Averaine. Assuming it's non-inscribable, it's likely for the merchant regardless of skin. The only exception would be if it was the Ascalon Maul skin (aka q-tip).
