PC on a Suntouched Shield (req9 command)

Suntouched shield (req 9 command), inscribable, and currently has a perfect endurance mod and a reduce blindness inscription.

I don't know much about Paragons so I have idea if this skin is sought after or not?

suntouched shields are not super popular but a Q9 can probably get 10k~ if you find a buyer
