1 off max for r5 but what neat shield. I'd pay 35k for it. Idk what others would do. Maybe a lot more. Maybe not. I dont pvp so I'm not sure how that vs earth would come into play but other will.

It's an awesome shield, but one off kills the novelty imo. In fact, not sure wHere you got it but I had an exact shield like it and I was so pissed that the 1 off killed its perfectness I gave it away :/. (psst: get that 35k from showtime ^^)

I got it during a feather run in Jaya Bluffs the other day. To be honest, I thought it would be worth a bit more since it can't be recreated (dual insc) and with a low Tac requirement, any profession could use it and still max out 2 other stats. Plus, it has two great max mods that work well for PvP.
