Looks like the sort of think Firefighter Fred might like. Check with him to see if you can get a few plat for it before merching?

Or maybe put it on a sell thread and see if any other bidders?

I agree with jimbo, it's not likely to be worth much at all, sorry. But it's the sort of funky weirdness some players do like to collect ... and the sort I, personally, have a terrible time just up and merching without checking first.
