Decent skin. Perfect demon mods. Does high tactics req matter to someone other than war?

Double mod shield with +10 vs Demon always goes for nice amount of money.

If the 2nd mod is +30 hp, +45/e or -2/e more.

If skin doesn't sucks, even more.

Agreed with Andrew. It's very usefull shield for tanks in DoA.
