PC on Req 8 Earth Scroll

Looking for a PC on the following:

Earth Scroll (Blue)
Energy +12 (Requires 8 Earth Magic)
Inscription: "Show Me the Money!"
Improved Sale Value

I have a perfect focus core of fortitude i could throw on it or a perfect focus core of aptitude that I could put on it. And I'm sure I could get a decent inscription to throw on it as well.

Any help is appreciated.

Currently not much. Maybe 5-15k. There are a lot of these r8/12 inscribable offhands floating around and not a lot of demand. Even golds are hard to sell. BUT I'd keep if if I were you until the expected update. Never know what kind of builds will arise after they lower enemy armor and raise enemy health in Hard Mode.

5-15k isn't that much and I've sold these type of offhand for 5-20k before.
Hence the not much and maybe 5-15k. Why merch it when a pretty big update is coming that could create a lot of options for elem skills.

Lastly, I will give 5k for it if he wants to merch it for quick gold or space.

don't mod it, it won't make it more valuable. I'm pretty sure the update won't change this items value at all. so I'd say 10k tops
