So, Signet of Ghostly Might is pretty awesome for your spirits, but does it work for ALL spirits?
I see it used in tandem with an SoS rit, but does it makes those spirits have added damage?
From the Wiki text, I'm going to say no it does not, which makes me wonder why people use it...if it only effects 1 or 2 spirits of your own
Thx in advance
SoGM works for all Spirits?

It works as per description. On all Spirits you control. If your partner is using his own spirits the SOGM will have no effect on his/her controled spirits.

"Elite Signet. For 5...17...20 seconds, all spirits you control within earshot attack 33% faster and deal 5...9...10 additional damage."

Notes Bloodsong and Vampirism will not benefit from the increased damage (they steal health), but they will still attack faster. The effect is applied on skill activation on spirits within range. It is not applied to spirits summoned and/or brought within earshot after skill activation. The additional damage from this skill happens before Anguish's damage-doubling property comes into effect. aspi

Your opening post wasn't anything specific to heroes or players since it relates to both. You only just now mentioned heroes.
Lanier might be thinking of this thread. http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...t10432371.html Lanier
^ yep, thats the thread that I had in mind.
Even on a hero, though, I would take a SoGM. I guess you can't really compare ST and SoGM heroes since they both accomplish different goals (more damage or more defense), but I always have enough defense with my heals + an ER prot, so i use my other rit hero as a SoGM. If you want to discuss a build for a hero, I would suggest posting the thread in the Heroes & AI subforum as opposed to the ritualist subforum. CaptainCupcake Kunder

Boon of Creation is worthless with SoS because Spirit siphon is 5x better without needed the otherwise nearly worthless Spawning attribute.

Summon Spirits with high rank > wasting points into Spawning Power.
High Spawning Power is really nice on a hero running protective spirits, but apart of that, no thanks. Kunder
Armor of Unfeeling is also 10x better at protecting spirits if you need them to tank. Most builds can usually spare a good 3-5 points in spawning for a decent +12-20% anyways. Its the excess dumping into spawning that takes away from the really powerful stuff rits can do that is bad.
