dragon is cool skin, spawning is a good req, req 12 is a bit high (maybe 10e is beter PC)

My Dragon staff 20/10 q10 Spawning got a 70k ish PC i think...so this should be around 50k?

(at least if the other PC is correct, that's my guess)
