If like me and you're a cheap git then you could save the +29s for staves for your heroes, but in reality the amount of time you'd spend trying to sell even the perfect +5 en mod you could have killed 2 mobs and made the money back.
Me, i'd salv(don't use expert or superior, just normal kit) the Jeweled Staff(Dust) and the Hammer(Iron/Granite) If you have them stick a Measure for Measure on each and you can easily make 2k(or more if you get lucky) salv just on the Hammer if you get granite, then PM me what you get as i'm keeping a log of salvs atm
