Just bought this unid and got this out of it. Any good?

Ghostly Staff q10 Channeling
HCT Channeling 19%
Mods dont matter~
Cold Damge 11-22

Also got a q10 15^50 Storm Bow, need a PC on this aswell

req 10 channeling? or spawning, im not sure if they drop as channeling non-insc req, id probably merchant it anways esp if its spawning.
