As it turns out, I get most of the shields on your list quite often from one of my regular farming spots. I usually merch all single mod ones and most useless dual mods as well, but I've kept a few I was going to try selling at some point.

What I currently have (all are gold, max armor & tactics req):

I've got a max, gold, r11 Tactics Reinforced Buckler. It has dual, inherent mods: +56wH / -3wH. I was going to sell it for 1k s/b and 5k b/o on a fansite auction system, but I thought I should check and see if you wanted first dibs before I try that.

EDIT - Myaka and I just met up in game. He was interested in all of these shields. I told him my plans for the second two were similar to the first; they were the sort of things I'd save for a 1k s/b / 5k b/o pile had I not known of his collection here and wanted to offer him first dibs. So he bought all three for 5k each. (And my thanks to him for his permission to leave this info here in public that it might help future PC searches, too!)

- r12 Tactics Wooden Buckler, 19% +1 Fire Magic / -5/20 (dyes yellow=default)

I rather doubt either is worth more than 8k, tops, at auction, but I'm not extremely pro at PCing shields like this lately. If you like either or both and want them, I'll trust you to pay me a fair price.
