Is it worth anything? its kinda equal to a max armor shield when you do not meet the req.

Doesn't any shield that gives over 8 armor that you don't meet the req for give you 8 anyway? Meaning you could have a req4 ar12 shield and just put 0 attribute points into the shield's line and get 8 armor...

So wouldn't that make the shield worthless?

that is true reddog, but people still like to have the no req shields for some reason
