i would like to know if my attribute quest is bugged or am i doing something wrong?
i have a sin which was started in nightfall
i currently have 185 points
the next quest should be Rising in the Ranks: First Spear
i am currently over 1000 spear points
i cannot remember taking or excepting the quest
anyone have any idea's please?

You need to get to Seitung Harbor, ring the bell, and take the quest from the horsey/ take the quest in Ran musu garden.
