It's OS with following mods:
gold
16 armor
q10 Tact
received physical damage -2 while enchanted
armor +10 vs dwarves

I think this could fetch around 20-25e for an collector, nice req, ok skin, sought after vs dwarves mod.
look in the WTB section, iirc someone there is looking for this types of shields(and in kamadan aswell)
