Getting over 18e for it is unreal, imho, unless you find a collector who still needs it or someone who really, really likes MOX (and has enough spare ectos).
I bought one for 7e, sold it later for 17e - though it took me a 'while'. I also saw a lot of ~15e WTS shouts in Spamadan.
