any of the main team roles are really easy, monk or VoS derv are probably the easiest to start off with, make sure you read the pvx page and look for a video guide for the role you choose on youtube to learn the run before joining a group. Moved to elite endgame.

Main tank is the best role to learn: u learn a bit of tanking and u learn all the spots for the main team

I'd disagree with this, MT might be the best thing to learn but it certainly isnt the easiest and the chances of screwing over a group while you are learning is very high. with VoS you can't really mess anything up and you still learn all the spots for the main team.

Start out with any mainteam role except MT would be my advise too. And watch and learn from others too. Youtube vids are great but seeing how different MTs pull really helped me. EoE isn't difficult as long as you don't run into red dots and use splinter (maintain it if new to it is np.) MoP pick a target in the middle, not the monk, doesn't sound too difficult either. Derv/War pres t1 spam your skills, kill. Monk heal and rez stuff, insanely easy. Slighty reassurance, if you RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO up as MoP or derv, splinter or the other spiker covers for you, you might get flamed, but just keep on learning.

T1 can be pretty much practiced on your own except ToS, could be considered but would take a little investment since you can't practice without cons (just menzies + burning forest wields 2 shards usually though.)

Weird, don't see how u can die with 75%block, anti kd +armor and antispell+blind and heal.
So ye, if u want to improve then learn the mt role, if you just want to be carried and having a harder time to get invite/make a group in the future then learn vos/ua.

Start with Monk, Spiker (either Derv or War) and Mop. Move to EoE then (a step further just for getting the hang about spirit and griffs.) and finally MT, T2 and T1 (in order).

Simply, while doing spiker/mop/ua you will be able to see what eoe and MT do, and this turns in a much easier learning. Terras can be learned with videos and practicing, but i'd leave those as last mostly because is better being already comfortable with the sin tank role, and MT is a good way to get used to it. Also, when you do MT be sure to know at least what you have to do in terras quests, because you could have to cover a fail. Covering fail terras as mt can help to learn those parts too.
