I get about 15k per 20/10 cele staff on average -- this is after spending LOTS of time trying to get more in Kama. I get a lot of them running vermin chests and I've settled on accepting 15k for pretty much any q/att. Sometimes more, but never less. That's just my comfort level and what I've found saves me some time spamming. True enough, I did get 15e for a q9 dom 20/10 cele at one time, but that was early 2011 iirc and it was the b/o I set that just happened to get a bite!

In this case, since it's q9 I'd ask 25k (seeing as its DF) and see what you get. Hth and gl

30-60k depending on how lucky you are and how long you wanna wait. These staves are more common than you think.
